Floorship - is a lovechild born from the neverending curiousity of the folding and unfolding body.
From rolls and crawls , slides and glides to jump and fly you will connect with the playful child and a wild animal inside with the safe guidance of the master teacher Sophie Barbarics.

The workshop aims to put down/strengthen the basics and give everyone the challenge they need to grow in technique, in physically , mentally.

We are going to built routines on the floor from fundamental basics to complex sequences with acrobatics used in contemporary dance .

We will explore how to use the physicality of our body by using the right amount of energy to execute the moves.


Participants will gain deeper understanding of organic movement and will be able to add a new dimension to their dance routines.
